I help actors, artists, and creatives get their sh*t together—financially, professionally, and creatively—so they can stop spinning their wheels and start focusing on what they actually love.

College/University Arts programs are no longer about the cultivation of talent - they are about making money.

Literally ME gives creatives the tools, resources, insight, and strategies— professionally, financially, and creatively—so they can focus on doing the thing they love (their art) instead of finding their way through the maze of "the business."

The systems in the Acting/Creative industry are set up to fail most, if not all, of the Creatives it produces.

Creatives go through school/college/university being taught a skill, but are never taught how to best leverage the resources that are acquired because of that skill that actually lead to sustainability/longevity/prosperity/fulfillment.

If young Creatives were actually taught Financial Literacy, Business of the Business, How-to-Be-Whatever … we might actually get past the mantra of the "Starving Artist!"

The Financial Coach for Creatives, Mark Edwards provides guest lecturing at colleges/universities (Carnegie Mellon, University of Michigan, NYU, Penn State, and more) — injecting Career Readiness in the Arts into curriculums.

Mark Edwards is the founder of Literally ME Coaching, a space for creatives who feel like they “should have this figured out by now.” With a background in acting, voiceover, education, and coaching, Mark brings real-life experience—not theory—to everything he teaches, helping creatives overcome the chaos of financial stress, career confusion, and imposter syndrome. Whether it’s learning how to manage your money, talk to casting directors, or build a creative life that actually works, Mark gives his clients the practical tools, genuine clarity, and undeniable confidence to grow—on their own terms. And best of all? It finally makes sense.

The secret sauce isn't that he knows everything about Finance or Coaching or the Acting Business. The secret sauce is that he knows how to explain things to people in a way that actually makes sense to them.

Literally ME meets them where they are. Mark will "Google Translate" into their brain language so that they get it.

Example: "Champagne taste on a beer budget!"

You don't need to spend money at designer stores when you could use that money to spoil your nephews, go to a fun make-your-own-candle class or a cooking class, or go on an amazing vacation!

Empowering Creatives who 'should have this figured out by now,' with the tools and confidence to grow - on their own terms. Let’s get you back in control (at least of this piece of your world!)

“I coach Creatives through the chaos—money, career, creative life, all of it. If you’ve ever said, ‘I should have this figured out by now,’ then yeah … you’re literally me. That’s who I help.”

… yeah but what does that actually mean? …

“I’m a creative coach for actors, artists, and freelancers—basically anyone trying to figure out how to balance their money, career, and creative life without losing their mind. I empower them with practical tools in a way that finally makes sense.”

… why do you care? …

“I didn't have this education. I came into the industry because I wanted to try it — not because I studied it and trained in it. And because I always felt behind the 8-ball, professionally, creatively, and financially, I want to provide young artists with the knowledge I always sought. I think this kind of information feels like a secret (how to be a professional in the industry, how to deal with money, how to succeed, how to be a good person while expressing the fullness of who you are) - and it shouldn't be!

I do it all because I WISH I could go back in time and give this information to myself.”

He knows how to market, how to utilize all the tools, what to send out to people, how often, and how aggressive or passive to be about it.

“I could cry! I finally understand this money crap now! Thank you for actually listening to me!”
